This is a 4-in-1 stencil for QFP144, QFP100, QFP80, SSOP40 which will help you with straightening the legs of a Sega 315-5535, 315-5682, 315-5377, 315-5378 ASIC and Toshiba 84C00AM Z80 CPU.
 
I would not recommend to use it for applying solder paste on the mainboard.
